Hi there, I can’t give you any information about rights, just feeling lonely here, i thought i would get on here for some support, and theres no one out there, all i can say is its not very nice having MS at all, I’m sorry it has affected your eyes, what a night mare, mine is my mobility, i’m using an electric tricycle to get about, whicnh gives me more street cred than a mobility scooter, my daughter said she wouldn’t go out with me on a scooter, so shes happy now ish. good luck, maybe your citizens advice bureau can help, if you don’t mind the queues all the best Mad max
