I am new here in the forum. When my friend has been diagnosed with MS last 4 months ago, i was really interested in knowing about what MS is all about.
Her doctor prescribed her to take betaferon. And she is taking it now. Just want to ask from the patients if you could help me to know more about the services that the product is offering: Can we order it online? Are they giving out the patients with dvds, cds and other software materials about MS? What about Home delivery? How is it gonna work?

Hi It depends on whereabouts you live. Here in the UK you are prescribed it from a Neuro and then a drug company deliver it on a regular basis. Here the patient has a ’training’session and practice injecting etc. You have a kit with a video/dvd and all the other support from your ms specialist nurse. Hope this helps
Thanks for replying. I really appreciate. But is this drug delivered to you came from Schering itself or a different delivery company provided by Schering? I am just confuse. I apologized. Is also Schering the one who provides the dvds, and other materials for MS, or from the patients MS Nurse only?
